Credit Bureau Updates

Unless otherwise directed, we guarantee to report commercial and consumer claims to each of the following credit reporting agencies every month.

Remittance

Your money is returned to you quickly.  Trust cheques are issued twice monthly on the 1st and 16th of each month…an average of 14 days faster than the industry standard.

Priority Placement System

Get the benefit of using our name for FREE for ten days.  Enter your accounts into our system and we mail a demand letter to your customer on our letterhead. If payment is remitted by the debtor within the 10 Day Free period, the agency receives no commission. If payment in full is not received within the specified time frame, collection activity commences and our fee is applicable based upon contractual collection rates and Terms and Conditions. Accounts 130 days old or less are eligible for this program. The Free Demand Letter, issued by our office, will direct all payments to be remitted to you. We must be notified by your office of all payments (full or partial) received on Free Demand Letter Program accounts, no later than 9 a.m. on the morning immediately after the expiration of the demand period. Payment notifications may be given via telephone, facsimile transmission or if applicable, electronic mail. Any account that is not reported as paid within the designated time frame will be deemed as outstanding and eligible for collection. Any account with partial payment(s) remitted will have the remaining balance deemed as outstanding and eligible for collection.
