Asset Investigation
Recently a national business publication in Canada reported that the average amount of legal fees a Plaintiff can expect to spend at a two day trial in Canadian courts is over $26,000.00. Unfortunately obtaining a judgment in the courts does not guarantee payment. It simply means that you've managed to convince a judge that you are owed the money. A proper asset investigation will tell you what your Judgment is really worth .
Before considering legal action against someone, we recommend a full PCR asset investigation to decide if legal action is your best option. Our investigation team will look for tangible or exigible assets including real estate, receivables, wages, and unencumbered equipment that could be seized and sold to satisfy the judgment.
Note: On collections listed with PCR we conduct a thorough asset investigation as part of our collection services prior to recommending legal action.
Control and manage your legal expenses by conducting a cost effective asset investigation.
Contact PCR for a confidential discussion with one of our Business Intelligence experts who can show you the asset investigation program that is right for you.
In Manitoba neither a collection agency nor a collector is permitted to state an intention to take any action for which it lacks lawful authority.
